On ap. 200 hectares farmland in the South Indian nationalpark
we grow the sweet, only little sour sort "Queen"
to produce juice (single strenght) with ap. 14 Brix and ap.
0,7 % acid!
We are processing pineapplecubes in his own juice in tins 3,1
kg and juice concentrate with 60 brix and 3 % acid, packed in
aseptic barrels!
